We deliver webshop orders for products in stock within 1-5 business days from the order registration. Products ordered from the webshop have a 30-day return policy.

Delivery time
The delivery time for in-stock products is usually 2-5 business days from receiving the order confirmation. If the delivery is delayed from what was previously announced, our customer service will contact you.
Order tracking
You can track your order with the tracking ID, which you will receive when your order has been processed and shipped.
If tracking information is not found with the tracking ID, your order is still waiting for shipment from our factory.
Another carrier transports UPS shipments from our factory to a UPS location, so the tracking number will be activated with a slight delay.

Receiving goods
The customer is obliged to check the product upon receipt to ensure that the product is outwardly intact. Any packaging damage or deficiencies must be noted with a reservation to the transport company upon receipt of delivery. Broken or deficient shipments must be reported to the webshop customer service at info@svala.com as soon as possible. Notification must be made no later than 7 days after receiving the product. Customer service will agree with the customer on a case-by-case basis on how to replace deficient or incorrect products.
Payment methods
In our webshop, you can choose the payment method that suits you best. You can make a payment method selection after you have collected all the desired products in the shopping cart. All available payment methods are secure and safe to use. Paytrail payment options include Klarna invoice, MobilePay, as well as online banking credentials or card payments (debit cards and credit cards) from different banks. Credit card payment via the Stripe service is also an option.
Online Banks
In the webshop, you can pay with the online banking credentials of the following banks: Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, LähiTapiola, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, Pop Pankki, S-Pankki and Säästöpankki. Debit card purchases are verified on the credit card company’s secure server.
Credit Cards
In our webshop, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Credit card purchases are verified on the credit card company’s secure server. We do not store customers’ credit card numbers in the service. Mandatory information in connection with credit card payment includes the credit card number, security code, and expiration date.
For Visa and Mastercard cards, the security code is the last three (3) digits of the number series on the back of the card. For Debit cards, the security code is usually found on the back of the card after the Debit card number.
Returns
The customer has the right to return purchased products within 30 days of receipt.
The product to be returned must be unused, flawless and packaged in its original packaging. The sales packaging must be intact and include all parts, documents and packaging materials belonging to the package.
If the product to be returned is damaged or its value has significantly decreased, Finnsvala Oy reserves the right to charge the customer for the costs incurred from this decrease in value. The decrease in value is defined on a case-by-case basis. One return shipment per webshop order is free of charge. Original delivery costs are not refunded. The customer is responsible for the return costs of products purchased from the store.

Terms of Agreement
1. GENERAL TERMS
Svala.com webshop is an online store maintained by Finnsvala Oy (0764063-3). These terms of agreement apply to the business relationship between Finnsvala Oy and its customers. Finnsvala Oy reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms of agreement without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms of agreement in force and accepted at the time of order, which are stated on the Terms of Agreement page of the Svala of Finland.com webshop.
Finnsvala Oy is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure obstacles. Such obstacles are considered to be unforeseeable factors or circumstances that Finnsvala Oy could not have influenced by its actions and that cannot be reasonably resolved. Finnsvala Oy is obliged to notify the customer of such obstacles as soon as as possible.
2. CUSTOMER
Finnsvala Oy sells products and services to consumer customers and resellers. The Svala.com webshop complies with the Distance Selling Act, Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.
When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide contact information that includes at least their name, address, telephone number and email address for the delivery of the order and order documents. Delivery time estimates are given based on the stock situation provided by Finnsvala Oy. Finnsvala Oy is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable changes, but is obliged to notify the customer of these as soon as possible.
3. DATA PROTECTION
Customer information is stored in Finnsvala Oy’s customer register, the information of which is used for electronic customer relationship management. A register statement in accordance with the Personal Data Act can be viewed at Privacy Policy. Finnsvala Oy does not disclose address information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. The customer can prohibit the use and processing of their data for marketing purposes by contacting Finnsvala Oy customer service. Cookies are used on the Svala.com website. Cookies improve and speed up transactions and can also be used to make offers and personal offers and product recommendations. The customer can prohibit the use of cookies in their own web browser.
4. PRICES, WARRANTY AND PRODUCTS
The prices in the Svala.com webshop are in euros (€) and include value added tax (25.5%). Product warranties are determined according to the product manufacturer’s warranty terms. Product prices and delivery prices are updated regularly in our webshop. We also reserve the right to correct / check prices and product information due to technical and human errors.
In connection with cancellation and return, all logistical costs incurred will be charged to the buyer.
