Merino Extreme is our super warm classic, the secret of which is an ingenious structure. The long-sleeved Merino Extreme O-Neck combines the properties that Mother Nature has given to merino wool with ingenious technology. The inner layer is made of polypropylene that effectively wicks moisture and the outer layer is made of warm merino wool, mixed with a little polyamide to increase wear resistance.
Merino Extreme is a great base layer or midlayer for changing weather.
Merino Extreme always keeps your skin dry and warm. Moisture is transferred away from the skin and does not cause a feeling of cold even after you stop moving. The natural antibacterial properties of merino wool keep the garment fresh from one use to the next. Our Merino Extreme collection is designed and manufactured in Finland.

The knit has a technical two-layer structure with an inner layer of moisture-wicking polypropylene and an outer layer of SuperWash Merino wool.
Inherently antibacterial, Merino wool prevents the formation of unpleasant odors. In addition, it naturally has excellent heat storage and moisture transfer properties. Also, Long-fiber Merino wool does not itch like typical wool.
All seams are flat sewn, so the product is comfortable to wear and does not press or rub the skin.
All substances used in dyeing and processing meet the ÖKO TEX 100 standard.
No need to wash before first use.
Machine wash at max 40°C with a wool washing soap or liquid.
Best way to dry a wet wool clothes is lay the garment out on a flat surface, taking care to reshape it as needed.
Wool should never be dried in a clothes dryer!

Delivery methods
Products ordered from the Svala.com online store are delivered to the consumer either directly at home or the customer can pick up the products from the available delivery points. If the selected pickup point is full at the time of delivery, the shipment will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point. We deliver products to all mainland Finland.

Exchange and return.
Depending on the delivery method and destination, the shipment will include supplies and instructions for exchange/return. One return shipment per order is free of charge.
If the product is defective, please contact our customer service before returning it.
You have the right to return the product primarily within 30 days of receipt, or after a longer period if separately agreed. There is no right of return if the product has been put into use. Everything except normal familiarization with the product, such as opening the packaging and trying on, is interpreted as using the product. For hygiene reasons, the product must always be tried on over underwear. If the returned product is damaged or dirty during inspection, there is no right to a refund. Finnsvala Oy reserves the right to charge the customer for costs resulting from the decrease in value of the product.
Exchanges and returns are processed when they arrive at our factory. The value of the returned product will be refunded according to the selected payment method. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the product to be exchanged is needed soon, it is advisable to make a return and a new separate order.
