A practical combination of Merino Extreme boxers and Airbase pants. The crotch piece is reinforced with a thin windproof knit to keep the most sensitive body parts protected. Perfect underwear for all wind-prone sports such as snowmobiling or motorcycling.
Merino Extreme Knit:
75 % merino wool (Mulesing-free), 3 % Polyamide, 22 % Polypropylene.
Windproof knit: 100 % polyester.
Airbase mesh knit: 100 % silver-ionized polypropylene.
The windproof knit is very thin and flexible. It breathes efficiently but does not allow wind to pass through.
The Merino Extreme knit has a technical two-layer construction with an inner layer of moisture-wicking polypropylene and an outer layer of SuperWash and moth-protected Merino wool. Inherently antibacterial, Merino wool prevents the formation of unpleasant odors. In addition, it naturally has excellent heat storage and moisture transfer properties. Also, Long-fiber Merino wool does not itch like typical wool. All seams are flat sewn, so the product is comfortable to wear and does not press or rub the skin.
The material of the legs is made of a very flexible and skin-friendly silver ionized polypropylene mesh knit. The mesh knit traps air which adapts to the body temperature and balances the effects of variations in ambient temperatures by keeping the body at a constant temperature.
Polypropylene does not absorb moisture, but transfers it away from the skin, keeping it always dry. Silver ionization prevents the growth of bacteria, so the garment stays odorless and fresh for longer. The treatment is done to the core of the fiber at the manufacturing stage, so the garment retains its properties throughout its life cycle. All the seams are flat sewn seams, so the product is comfortable to wear and does not press or rub the skin.
No need to wash before first use.
Wash at 40 °C. We recommend washing with a wool washing soap or liquid.
Best way to dry a wet wool clothes is lay the garment out on a flat surface, taking care to reshape it as needed.
Wool should never be dried in a tumble dryer!
