This versatile and stylish hoodie is part of our anniversary collection.
The Merino Extreme material is our super warm classic from the 90s, and the secret is its ingenious structure.
The Merino Extreme long-sleeved hoodie combines the properties of Mother Nature’s merino wool with inventive technicality. The inner layer is moisture-wicking polypropylene and the outer is warm merino wool, with a little polyamide mixed in for added durability.
Merino Extreme is a great underwear or mid-layer for changing weather conditions and will always keep your skin dry and warm.
Moisture is wicked away from the skin and doesn’t leave you feeling cold even after movement has stopped.
Merino wool’s inherent antibacterial properties keep the garment fresh from wear to wear.
Our Merino Extreme collection is designed and manufactured in Finland.

Materials: 75% Merino wool (Mulesing-free), 22% polypropylene, 3% polyamide

The knitted fabric features a technical double-layer construction with an inner layer of moisture-wicking polypropylene and an outer layer of SuperWash-treated Merino wool.
Naturally antibacterial, Merino wool prevents unpleasant odours and can often be freshened by airing instead of washing.
It also has naturally excellent heat storage and moisture transfer properties. Furthermore, long-fibre Merino wool does not itch like ordinary wool.
All seams are flat flat seams, so the product is comfortable to wear – it doesn’t weigh or chafe your skin.
All dyeing and finishing materials used meet the Oeko TEX 100 standard.
No need to wash before first use.
Wash at 40°C with a detergent suitable for wool. Reshape to dry.
Washing intervals can be extended by airing the product between uses.

Delivery methods
Products ordered from the Svala.com online store are delivered to the consumer either directly at home or the customer can pick up the products from the available delivery points. If the selected pickup point is full at the time of delivery, the shipment will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point. We deliver products to all mainland Finland.

Exchange and return.
Depending on the delivery method and destination, the shipment will include supplies and instructions for exchange/return. One return shipment per order is free of charge.
If the product is defective, please contact our customer service before returning it.
You have the right to return the product primarily within 30 days of receipt, or after a longer period if separately agreed. There is no right of return if the product has been put into use. Everything except normal familiarization with the product, such as opening the packaging and trying on, is interpreted as using the product. For hygiene reasons, the product must always be tried on over underwear. If the returned product is damaged or dirty during inspection, there is no right to a refund. Finnsvala Oy reserves the right to charge the customer for costs resulting from the decrease in value of the product.
Exchanges and returns are processed when they arrive at our factory. The value of the returned product will be refunded according to the selected payment method. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the product to be exchanged is needed soon, it is advisable to make a return and a new separate order.
