Delivery is free when the value of the order after discounts exceeds €120 and the order is delivered to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point or parcel locker in mainland Finland.
Delivery time
We dispatch your order from our warehouse no later than the next working day after you place it. In Finland, your order will be delivered or ready for collection within an estimated 1–5 working days of dispatch. You will receive a delivery notification and the parcel’s tracking code by email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please also check your spam folder if the message has not arrived within the expected time.
International deliveries
We deliver orders to the countries that can be selected at checkout in our online store. Orders to Europe are delivered by GLS, PostNord, Posti or UPS, and orders to the rest of the world by GLS or UPS, depending on the delivery country. Delivery to EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom costs €9.90. Delivery to Cyprus and Malta costs €14.90. For other countries, the delivery fee depends on the delivery country, and you will see the delivery fee charged at checkout in our online store before you pay.

When an order is delivered outside the EU, the recipient pays the destination country’s customs duties and import taxes. For deliveries to Åland, the recipient pays the import VAT. We only deliver orders to the United Kingdom if the value of the products exceeds £140, excluding the delivery fee. Read more in section 7 of our terms of service.
Delivery to United Kingdom
We can deliver to United Kingdom. All orders delivered to United Kingdom are VAT 0%. The buyer is responsible for all possible taxes, import duties and courier's handling fees in United Kingdom. We will provide necessary documents with the shipment.
There is a minimum order value of £140 (VAT 0%). All payment methods are disabled until the value of your shopping cart exceeds £140 (VAT 0%).
Critical note: All orders delivered to the United Kingdom are VAT 0% - Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Finnish VAT has been deducted from prices. British VAT and courier company's additional forwarding/handling fees are not included in the price. Also additional customs duties may apply for the UK. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, forwarding fees and possible duties in the United Kingdom.
Pick-up from the factory shop
At checkout in our online store, you can choose pick-up from the factory shop as your delivery method, and you will get your order without a delivery fee.
You can collect your order from our factory shop at Paanutie 4, 86710 Kärsämäki, Finland. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. The order is held for collection for 14 days from the notification. You can collect it during the shop’s opening hours. See the shop’s opening hours here.
When you collect your order, tell us your order number and be prepared to prove your identity. If the order is not collected within the collection period, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full.
Collecting a parcel from a parcel locker or pick-up point
The carrier will let you know when your parcel is ready for collection. They will also give you more detailed instructions for collecting the parcel.
Posti and Matkahuolto keep parcels in the parcel locker or at the pick-up point for a limited time. You can see the last collection date in the arrival notification. You can ask the carrier directly for more time to keep the parcel: Posti and Matkahuolto. Unfortunately, we cannot extend the storage time on your behalf.
If a parcel is not collected
An uncollected parcel is returned to us. We will refund the order in full, including the delivery fee, once the parcel has been returned to us.
Delivery to another address
At checkout, enter the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address. If the checkout asks for a phone number, give the recipient’s phone number so that the carrier’s notification and instructions for collecting the parcel go to them.
Urgent orders
We dispatch all orders in the order they are received and cannot speed up the processing or delivery of an individual order.
